Dear Wonderful Reader,
I’d like to share with you some of my daily dietary supplements that help fortify my body and help me look and feel wonderful. I usually just take all of them in the morning, so I don’t forget them. Then, I eat my breakfast or a piece of fruit. I take 2 capsules of Fish Oil, and B12, and one capsule of Biotin. The B12 are just supplements for energy and they are made in the form of raspberry gummy bears; they are so tasty and they’re a lot of fun! I take the Biotin to nourish my hair, nails, and skin. And I take the Fish Oil because it helps to prevent against heart disease and other diseases.
The pretty pink and purple gummies are Calcium supplements for bone support. I don’t take them, but my mother does and she thinks they’re absolutely delicious! Also, before starting my B12 gummies, I used to take MuliVites by VitaFusion and they were super tasty and tasted just like the real gummy bears, if not better.
All the brands featured above are affordable and they are a good way to stay nutritious in today’s busy world. Though, be careful as to not over-take them, I only take those 3 types in the morning, and if I wanna add a new type then I substitute with an old one. And please, do consult your doctor before taking them.

Ooo, the fish oil one…I’d have trouble taking that!

Maybe it’s just a professorish problem. Have you heard that the fish oil goes rancid, or something like that?
